摘要
针对2102系统巷掘进期间SGB620/40T型刮板输送机在使用过程中故障率高、运输效率低及维修难度大等技术难题,分析了其在使用过程中常见故障及其原因,并根据实际生产情况,提出了相应的对策措施。实际应用表明,采取措施后降低了刮板输送机的设备维修成本,保证了刮板输送机安全稳定运行。
In view of the technical problems such as high failure rate, low transport efficiency and difficult maintenance of SGB620/40 T scraper conveyor during the excavation of 2102 system roadway, the common faults and their causes in the process of use are analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to the actual production situation. The practical application shows that the equipment maintenance cost of scraper conveyor is reduced after taking measures, and the safe and stable operation of scraper conveyor is ensured.
