刮板输送机机头机尾部分常见故障及改进措施研究

Study on Common Fault and Improvement Measures of Head and tail of Scraper Conveyor

为保障刮板输送机的正常运行、提高刮板输送机的可靠性,分别对刮板输送机的结构组成以及故障情况进行介绍,进一步分析了刮板输送机机头与机尾的常见故障,并总结了相关常见故障的改进措施,最后根据刮板输送机的日常使用提出了故障的预防措施。

In order to ensure the normal operation of scraper conveyor and improve the reliability of scraper conveyor,the structure composition of scraper conveyor and the fault situation of scraper conveyor are introduced respectively,and the common faults of the head and tail of scraper conveyor are further analyzed, and the improvement measures of related common faults are summarized. Finally, according to the daily use of scraper conveyor, the preventive countermeasures are put forward.
