Causes and Control Countermeasures of Positive Deviation of Coal Calorific Value

针对目前煤炭市场变化情况以及采制化设备运行现状,分析了不同煤种、运煤车辆、燃煤储存以及采样机运行维护等因素对入厂燃煤与入炉燃煤热值正偏差的影响,探讨了火力发电厂燃煤热值管控中存在的问题,提出了降低热值正偏差的相应措施。

Based on the current situation of coal market change and the operation status of coal production equipment,the influence of different types of coal,coal transportation vehicles,coal storage and sampling machine operation maintenance on the positive deviation of calorific value between plant coal and that of furnace coal is analyzed,the problems in the control of coal calorific value in thermal power plants are studied,and corresponding control countermeasures to lower the positive deviation of calorific value are put forward.
