管带机存在的机械问题及对策

Analysis on the Mechanical Problems and Countermeasures of the Tubular Belt Conveyor

研究了管带机自身结构、运行特征,结合当地气象、生产特点,剖析了北方地区管带机在运行过程中出现跑偏和托辊夹伤输送带的主要因素,提出了针对不同因素的创新改进方案。改进后经长期运行观察,管带机运行稳定,为管带机的运行、维护、选型、改造等提供了依据。

The structure and operation characteristics of the tubular belt conveyor are studied.And combined with the local meteorological and production characteristics,the main factors causing the running deviation and roller pinch of the conveyor belt during the operation of tubular belt conveyor in the northern region are analyzed.The innovative improvement plan for different factors is put forward.It is concluded after a long-term observation of the operation after the implementation of the plan that the tubular belt conveyor runs steadily,which provides reference for the operation,maintenance,model selection and transformation of the tubular belt conveyor.
