基于事故树分析法的变压器起重作业安全技术分析 被引量:1

摘要 借助变压器起重作业事故树和成功树,找出最小割集和最小径集,进而系统分析了变压器起重作业事故的诱发因素。在此基础上,通过结构重要度、安全性分析对造成事故的因素提出了管控措施。研究结果表明,严格控制人的不安全行为、加强现场安全管理并落实安全技术等,可有效防止电厂建设过程中变压器起重作业伤害事故的发生。 With the help of fault tree and success tree of transformer lifting operation,the minimum cut set and minimal path set are found out,and then the inducing factors of transformer lifting operation accidents are analyzed systematically.Based on this and an analysis of structural importance and safety,control countermeasures for the factors inducing accidents are put forward.The research results show that,strictly controlling people’s unsafe behavior,strengthening the safety management on site and ensuring the safety technology fall into place can help to prevent the occurrence of transformer lifting injury accidents in the process of power plant construction effectively.
