GC-MS结合保留指数分析轮钟花果实的挥发性成分 被引量:4

Analysis on volatile components in fruits of Cyclocodon lancifolius(Roxburgh)Kurz by GC-MS combined with retention index

摘要 选用水蒸气蒸馏法、索式提取法和超声辅助萃取法提取轮钟花果实的挥发性成分,采用GC-MS分析技术,并结合保留指数定性分析果实的挥发性成分.结果表明,轮钟花果实挥发性成分共检测出64种,以酸类、烃类、酯类和醇类为主,其中,水蒸气蒸馏法、索式提取法和超声辅助萃取法各确定果实中31、38和34种化合物,共同检出成分为9种.三种提取方法结合可提供轮钟花果实更全面的挥发成分信息,研究结果可为轮钟花果实进一步的开发利用提供参考. The volatile components of fruits of Cyclocodon lancifolius(Roxburgh)Kurz were extracted by steam distillation,Soxhlet extraction and ultrasound-assisted extraction respectively,and were analyzed by GC-MS combined with retention index.The results showed that 64 kinds of volatile components were successfully identified in fruits,and the main volatile components of the fruits were acids,hydrocarbons,esters,alcohols,among which 31,38 and 34 kinds of volatile components were successfully identified in fruits by steam distillation,Soxhlet extraction and ultrasound-assisted extraction respectively,including 9 common compounds.This experiment focused on volatile compounds with different boiling points in fruits of Cyclocodon lancifolius(Roxburgh)Kurz extracted by three methods,and the results can provide reference for further development and utilization of Cyclocodon lancifolius(Roxburgh)Kurz fruits.
