反渗透处理系统中阻垢剂效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 反渗透膜处理技术是特质水(硬度超标、海水等)脱盐处理工程中应用最为广泛的分离技术之一.影响反渗透膜处理效率、出水回收率等技术性能的决定因素之一是连续过水过程中反渗透膜表面过饱和盐离子结垢情况.根据我国跨流域调水工程一般水质状况为基础,通过模拟水质反渗透膜处理试验,探究了代表性过饱和溶液(石膏硫酸钙)离子沉淀析出过程的水力时间,并据此对反渗透膜工程控制参数提出建议:7.0倍数超饱和度水平不会对反渗透膜处理系统运行及维护带来结垢问题,因此建议将处理过程中浓缩盐水超饱和度控制在7.0倍或以下;阻垢剂可有效延长浓缩盐水结晶析出时间,在水力停留时间(析出时间)设定的情况下可有效提高盐水浓缩程度,从而提高回收率. Reverse osmosis(RO)treatment technology is one of the most frequently applied methods in separation technologies to treat special quality water(high salinity water,saline water,etc.).One of the key factors that affect RO treatment engineering performance,e.g.,treatment effectiveness and recovery rate is scaling happening of super saturated dissolved ions that occurs on OR membrane surface during continuous water treatment process.This paper studies induction time of ions forming gypsum(super saturated calcium sulfate)through simulation of RO treatment of solutions that resemble water quality of it in trans-watershed water transportation projects of China,and offers advice on controlling coefficients of RO membrane treatment system in relevant application(s):due to it that 7.0 super-saturated degree doesn't pose threat of scaling to operation and maintenance of RO treatment system,it is suggested that brine water in treatment process be controlled at a super-saturated level not over 7.0;antiscalant can effectively prolong brine water induction time and can effectively enhance recovery rate at fixed hydraulic retention time(induction time).
