摘要
介绍了福州市原有地下水监测存在传输手段落后、数据传输时效性差、机民井占比较多、监测能力和监测数据质量低等问题,并详细解读了福州市国家地下水监测站点实施目标和范围、新建站点的布设、实施流程,介绍了新增实施的23处监测井的工作成果。并基此探讨了项目实施阶段存在的问题,提出了相应的解决方案。
This article introduces the fuzhou original groundwater monitoring exist poor backward means of transmission,poor data transmission timeliness,relatively large numbers of machine-mined wells,low monitoring capacity and poor quality of monitoring data.Through a series of detailed interpretations of the goals and scope,new site layout,implementation of the Groundwater Monitoring Station of National Groundwater Monitoring Civil Engineering Project(Fuzhou),introduce the results of 23 increased monitoring stations.Based on this,the problems existing in the implementation stage of the project are discussed,and the corresponding solutions are proposed.
