地铁上盖建筑的设计实例与地铁保护分析 被引量:5

摘要 地铁上盖建筑作为一种特殊的建筑存在,虽数量不多,但涉及城市轨道交通安全,设计时必须认真对待。对轨道交通结构的保护是地铁上盖建筑设计区别于普通建筑设计的核心内容。介绍一个地铁上盖建筑的设计实例,在保证地铁正常运营的前提下,结合上部结构对基础设计的要求、基坑支护设计及施工的影响、地铁隧道结构特点,根据该项目的地质勘察资料,进行该项目地下洞室理论分析及岩土工程三维数值模拟分析。结果表明,该项目基坑开挖、基础施工和永久使用阶段不危及下方地铁隧道的结构安全,不影响地铁的正常运营。项目施工全过程,地铁均在运营,监测数据表明,地铁隧道结构位移和本文数值模拟分析基本吻合,地铁处于安全状态。 As a kind of special building,subway superstructure is not large in number,but it involves the safety of urban rail transit,so it must be taken seriously in design.The protection of the rail transit structure is the core content of the subway upper cover design which is different from the common architectural design.This paper introduces a design example of the subway upper cover building.On the premise of ensuring the normal operation of the subway,combined with the requirements of the upper structure for the foundation design,the influence of the foundation pit support design and construction,the structural characteristics of the subway tunnel,according to the geological survey data of the project,the theoretical analysis of the underground cavern and the three-dimensional numerical simulation analysis of the geotechnical engineering of the project are carried out.The results show that the excavation of foundation pit,foundation construction and permanent use of the project do not endanger the structural safety of the subway tunnel below and do not affect the normal operation of the subway.The whole construction process of the project is in operation.The monitoring data shows that the structural displacement of the subway tunnel is basically consistent with the numerical simulation analysis in this paper,and the subway is in a safe state.
