摘要
传统电力管沟采用"施工区域固定、施工工序循环、自然养生"的预制模式,存在占地面积大、养护时间长、预制效率低的缺点。基此,通过对生产线工序集约化设计,施工区域便捷化布局,探索"厂房内施工工序固定,施工区域循环"的预制新模式,并通过智能台车将各施工区域串联,辅助以蒸汽养护技术将养护时间缩短至1d以内,实现单批次电力管沟预制2d内可达到吊装、运输要求,形成了快速、高效的智能台车工厂化流水线预制电力管沟新技术,极大地节约了预制场地,提高了施工效率,取得了良好的社会、经济效益和推广应用价值。
The traditional power pipe trench adopts the prefabrication mode of " fixed construction area,construction process cycle,natural health maintenance",which has the disadvantages of large floor area,long maintenance time and low prefabrication efficiency. In this paper,through the intensive design of the production line and convenient layout of the construction area,a new prefabrication mode of " fixed construction process in the workshop and circulation in the construction area" is proposed. Through intelligent trolley series will be the construction area,auxiliary steam curing technology will shorten curing time to within 1 day,to achieve single batch power pipeline prefabrication 2 days can meet the requirements of hoisting,transportation,formed a fast,efficient,intelligent car factory assembly line prefabricated power pipeline technology,greatly save the prefabrication site,improve the efficiency of the construction,has the very good social and economic benefits and popularizing value.
