非“世遗”土楼价值评估及改造路径探究——基于福建省漳州市诏安县等地调研

Value evaluation and the exploration of reform paths of tulous which is non-World Cultural Heritage——Based on the research in Zhao’an County and other places in Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province

针对大量未被列入《世界文化遗产名录》土楼无人问津的现状,以福建省诏安县秀篆镇的非"世遗"土楼群为例,在总结现有理论研究和实践的基础上,结合非"世遗"土楼的特点,探究影响其改造路径的因素,并据此构建适合非"世遗"土楼的价值评估体系探究不同类型土楼的改造路径。

In view of the fact that a large number of tulous which are not included in the"World Cultural Heritage List"are paid little attention to,this paper explores the factors affecting their reform paths based on the research of tulous which are non-World Cultural Heritage in Xiuzhuan Town,Zhaoan City,Fujian Province.A value evaluation model is established based on existing theoretical researches and practices and the characteristics of these tulous to find out different reform paths for various kinds of tulous.
