石英粉粒度对涂料烧结性影响的研究

摘要 以粒度分别为200目、240目、270目、300目、320目、340目的石英粉为耐火骨料进行涂料的配制,并分别在1250℃、1300℃、1350℃、1400℃下进行烧结实验,根据各种粒度骨料的烧损率和烧结表面的状态选出烧结性能较好的4种粒度,进行四因素四水平正交实验,通过性能测试及极差分析,得出综合性能最佳的一组涂料。对正交最佳配比试样进行烧结实验并进行消失模浇注验证实验,最后得出,最佳配比实验组烧结性能良好,验证试验得到表面性能优良的铸件,且涂料层易剥落,可以满足使用需求。 The coating is made up of quartz powder with grain size of 200 mesh,240 mesh,270 mesh,300 mesh,320 mesh and 340 mesh as refractory aggregate.The sintering experiments are carried out at 1250℃,1300℃,1350℃and 1400℃respectively.According to the burning loss rate of various grain size aggregate and the state of sintering surface,four kinds of particles with good sintering performance are selected.The orthogonal experiments of four factors and four levels are carried out,and the properties are tested.A group of coatings with the best comprehensive properties were obtained by the range analysis.Through the sintering experiment and the verification experiment of EPC,it is concluded that the best proportion experimental group has good sintering performance,and the verification experiment obtains the castings with good surface performance,and the coating layer is easy to peel off,which can meet the demand for application.
