双螺旋槽砂轮磨削非光滑表面形貌特征仿真

摘要 为获得工件凹槽型非光滑表面形貌,使用金刚石笔将砂轮修整成双螺旋槽表面,建立双螺旋槽砂轮磨削非光滑表面形貌的数学模型,分析双螺旋槽砂轮磨削工件表面的成形机理。基于Matlab仿真平台,获得不同磨削参数对凹槽型非光滑表面形貌特征的影响规律。结果表明:在工件进给方向上,非光滑表面凹槽间距与砂轮速度成反比关系,与工件进给速度成正比关系。 In order to obtain the non-smooth surface topography of the groove shaped workpiece,the grinding wheel is trimmed to the surface of the double spiral groove with a diamond pen.The mathematical model of the non-smooth surface topography of the grinding wheel with double helical grooves is established.The forming mechanism of grinding workpiece surface with double helical groove wheel is analyzed.Based on the Matlab simulation platform,the effect of different grinding parameters on the groove typed non-smooth surface topography was studied.The results show that the spacing of grooves is inversely proportional to the speed of grinding wheel and proportional to the speed of workpiece feeding in the direction of workpiece feeding.
