鼻炎苍菊饮联合头孢拉定对感染性鼻窦炎患者症状及免疫功能的影响

Effect of Cangju decoction combined with Cefradine on symptoms and immune function in patients with infectious sinusitis

目的研究鼻炎苍菊饮联合头孢拉定对细菌感染性鼻窦炎患者症状和免疫功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2015年8月至2018年8月空军军医大学第二附属医院耳鼻喉头颈外科收治的103例细菌感染性鼻窦炎患者的临床资料,根据患者的治疗方案进行分组,其中采用鼻炎苍菊饮联合头孢拉定治疗的52例患者作为观察组,仅采用头孢拉定治疗的51例患者作为对照组,1周为1个疗程,两组均持续治疗1个疗程,比较两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状、治疗前后的免疫功能及C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.15%,明显高于对照组的82.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的鼻塞、流鼻涕、头痛以及打喷嚏改善时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的CD3^+、CD4^+以及CD4^+/CD8^+表达水平明显高于治疗前,CD8^+表达水平明显低于治疗前,且观察组患者治疗后的CD3^+、CD4^+以及CD4^+/CD8^+表达水平明显高于对照组,CD8^+表达水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的CRP、IL-6以及IL-8表达水平明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻炎苍菊饮联合头孢拉定能够有效改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,其主要作用机制与提高患者机体的免疫功能和改善炎症因子水平有关。

Objective To study the effects of Cangju decoction combined with cefradine on the symptoms and immune function of patients with bacterial sinusitis.Methods The clinical data of 103 patients with bacterial sinusitis admitted to Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from August 2015 to August 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment plan,52 patients treated with rhinitis Cangju decoction combined with cefradine were used as the observation group,and 51 patients treated with rhinitis cefradine were used as the control group.Two groups of patients were treated continuously after 1 course of treatment.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,immune function and C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.15%,which was significantly higher than 82.35%of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of nasal congestion,runny nose,headache and sneezing in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The expression levels of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,while the expression levels of CD8^+was significantly higher than that before treatment(all P<0.05);the expression levels of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the expression levels of CD8^+were significantly lower than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The expression levels of CRP,IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Cangju decoction combined with cefradine can effectively ameliorate the clinical symptoms of patients with bacterial sinusitis,which is closely related to the improvement in immune function and inflammatory factors.
