Management and drug safety analysis of high risk drugs in Western pharmacy

目的:分析西药房高危药品的管理与用药安全。方法:2018年12月开始对西药房高危药品实施安全管理措施,比较管理前后不合理用药发生率和药品不良事件发生率。结果:安全管理实施后,不合理用药发生率和药品不良事件发生率均显著低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强对西药房高危药品管理,制定安全管理措施,可显著降低不合理用药发生率和药品不良事件发生率,对保障患者用药安全具有重要意义。

Objective:To explore the management and drug safety of high risk drugs in Western pharmacy.Methods:Since December 2018,we had implemented safety management measures for high-risk drugs in Western pharmacies,and compared the incidence of irrational drug use and adverse drug events before and after management.Results:After the implementation of safety management,the incidence of irrational drug use and adverse drug events were significantly lower than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the management of high-risk drugs in Western pharmacies and formulating safety management measures can significantly reduce the incidence of irrational drug use and adverse drug events,which is of great significance to ensure the drug safety of patients.
