来曲唑联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的效果观察

Effect of letrozole combined with metformin in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的:研究多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者应用来曲唑联合二甲双胍治疗的效果。方法:将我院2017年10月-2018年10月的40名多囊卵巢综合征不孕随机分组,每组20例,可将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者实施二甲双胍治疗,观察组患者实施来曲唑联合二甲双胍治疗,比较两组不良反应、胰岛素抵抗水平、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、排卵数、优质卵泡数、卵泡生长时间。结果:经过分析,观察组胰岛素抵抗水平显著低于对照组,观察组空腹血糖低于对照组,观察组空腹胰岛素水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组患者的排卵数、优质卵泡数明显高于对照组(P<0.05),卵泡生长时间低于对照组。结论:为多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者实施来曲唑联合二甲双胍治疗,可缩短卵泡生长时间,值得大力推广。

Objective:To study the effect of letrozole combined with metformin in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:40 infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into 20 cases in each group,which can be divided into a control group and an observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with metformin.Patients in the observation group were treated with letrozole and metformin,and the adverse reactions,insulin resistance,fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,ovulation number,high-quality follicle number,and follicular growth time were compared between the two groups.Results:After analysis,the insulin resistance of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the fasting blood glucose of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the fasting insulin level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).The number of ovulation and high-quality follicles in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the growth time of the follicles was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:Letrozole combined with metformin treatment for infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome can shorten the growth time of follicles and is worthy of strong promotion.
