左氧氟沙星联合哌拉西林舒巴坦对老年肺炎患者的临床研究

Clinical study of levofloxacin combined with piperacillin sulbactam in the treatment of elderly patients with pneumonia

目的:分析左氧氟沙星联合哌拉西林舒巴坦治疗老年肺炎患者的效果及安全性。方法:2017年1月-2019年1月收治老年肺炎患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组给予哌拉西林舒巴坦治疗;观察组在哌拉西林舒巴坦基础上联合左氧氟沙星治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组体温恢复时间、肺部啰音消失时间和咳嗽消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左氧氟沙星联合哌拉西林舒巴坦治疗老年肺炎,可提高临床治疗有效率,缩短患者症状恢复时间。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of levofloxacin combined with piperacillin sulbactam in the treatment of elderly patients with pneumonia.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,70 elderly patients with pneumonia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with piperacillin sulbactam.The observation group was treated with levofloxacin on the basis of piperacillin sulbactam.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of body temperature,the extinction time of lung rales and cough in the observation group were shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levofloxacin combined with piperacillin sulbactam in treating elderly patients with pneumonia can improve the effective rate of clinical treatment and shorten the recovery time of symptoms.
