慢性分泌性中耳炎行耳内镜下鼓膜置管或穿刺治疗的临床效果比较研究

A comparative study on the clinical effects of tympanic membrane catheterization or puncture under ear endoscope in the treatment of chronic secretory otitis media

目的:研究耳内镜下鼓膜置管或穿刺对于慢性分泌性中耳炎患者的作用与效果。方法:2017年11月-2019年7月收治慢性分泌性中耳炎患者72例,随机分为两组,各36例。A组只接受耳内镜下鼓膜穿刺;B组接受耳内镜下鼓膜置管。比较两组治疗结果。结果:B组总有效率高于A组,B组并发症总发生率低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳内镜下鼓膜置管治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎患者可获得十分良好且确切的治疗效果,同时,还可以减少各类并发症的发生。

Objective:To study the effect of tympanic membrane catheterization or puncture under ear endoscope in the treatment of patients with chronic secretory otitis media.Methods:From November 2017 to July 2019,72 patients with chronic secretory otitis media were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 36 cases in each gtoup.The group An only received tympanic membrane puncture under ear endoscope.The group B received tympanic membrane catheterization under ear endoscope.The treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the group B was higher than that in the group A,and the total incidence of complications in the group B was significantly lower than that in the group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with chronic secretory otitis media,tympanic membrane catheterization under ear endoscope can not only get a very good and accurate therapeutic effect,but also reduce the occurrence of various complications.
