舒芬太尼静脉自控镇痛在晚期癌痛患者中的应用

Application of sufentanil patient controlled intravenous analgesia in patients with advanced cancer pain

目的:研究舒芬太尼静脉自控镇痛在晚期癌痛患者中的应用效果。方法:2018年4月-2019年4月收治晚期癌痛患者48例,随机分为两组,各24例。常规组采用舒芬太尼镇痛;研究组应用舒芬太尼复合氟比洛芬酯镇痛。比较两组阵痛效果。结果:研究组治疗后疼痛评分及镇静评分均优于常规组,不良反应发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒芬太尼镇痛效果突出,但复合氟比洛芬酯不仅可以减轻不良反应,还可以减低舒芬太尼应用剂量,具有显著的镇静作用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of sufentanil patient controlled intravenous analgesia in patients with advanced cancer pain.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2019,48 patients with advanced cancer pain were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 24 cases in each.Sufentanil was used for analgesia in the routine group.The study group was treated with sufentanil combined with flurbiprofenaxetil analgesia.We compared the effects of the two groups.Results:In the study group,after treatment,the pain score and sedation score were better than those in the routine group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The analgesic effect of sufentanil is outstanding,but the combination of flurbiprofenaxetil analgesia can not only reduce the adverse reactions,but also reduce the dosage of sufentanil,which has a significant sedative effect.
