腹腔镜下疝修补术与开放式疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟斜疝的疗效对比分析

Comparative analysis of curative effect of laparoscopic hernia repair and open hernioplasty in the treatment of adult indirect inguinal hernia

目的:分析腹腔镜下疝修补术与开放式疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟斜疝的疗效。方法:2015年2月-2018年2月收治成人腹股沟斜疝患者40例,根据不同术式分为两组。对照组采用开放式疝修补术;观察组采用腹腔镜下疝修补术。比较两组各项临床指标水平及并发症发生率。结果:观察组术中出血量、住院时间、下床活动时间及术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟斜疝,可提高临床疗效,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of laparoscopic hernia repair and open hernioplasty in the treatment of adult indirect inguinal hernia.Methods:From February 2015 to February 2018,40 adult patients with indirect inguinal hernia were selected and divided into two groups according to different surgical procedures.The control group was treated with open hernioplasty.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic hernia repair.We compared the clinical indicators and the incidence of complications between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding,the time of hospitalization,the time of getting out of bed and the incidence of postoperative complications were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of laparoscopic hernia repair in the treatment of adult indirect inguinal hernia can improve the clinical effect and reduce the incidence of complications.
