摘要
目的:探究在创伤骨科临床治疗中微创技术的应用价值。方法:2018年4月-2019年4月收治骨科创伤患者140例,随机分为两组,各70例。观察组给予微创技术治疗,对照组给予常规治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且术中出血量、创口愈合时间及换药次数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在创伤骨科临床治疗中运用微创技术,不仅能够提高治疗优良率,还可以降低术中出血量、缩短创口愈合时间、减少换药次数。
Objective:To explore the application effect of minimally invasive technology in the clinical treatment of orthopedic trauma.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2019,140 orthopedic trauma patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 70 cases in each.The observation group was treated with minimally invasive technology.The control group was treated with routine treatment.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,and the amount of bleeding,wound healing time and dressing change times were lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of minimally invasive technology in the clinical treatment of orthopedic trauma can not only improve the excellent rate of treatment,but also reduce the amount of bleeding during the operation,shorten the time of wound healing and reduce the times of dressing change.
