长效胰岛素和口服降糖药联合治疗2型糖尿病的有效性评价

Evaluation of the efficacy of long-acting insulin combined with oral hypoglycemic agents in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:评价长效胰岛素联合口服降糖药治疗2型糖尿病的有效性。方法:2019年1-6月收治2型糖尿病患者59例,随机分为两组。常规组单纯口服降糖药物治疗;治疗组实施长效胰岛素联合口服降糖药治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均显著优于常规组,低血糖发生率显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长效胰岛素联合口服降糖药治疗2型糖尿病,效果较为显著,利于改善患者血糖水平,减少低血糖的发生。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of long-acting insulin combined with oral hypoglycemic agents in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:From January to June 2019,59 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The conventional group was treated with simple oral hypoglycemic drugs.The treatment group was treated with long-acting insulin combined with oral hypoglycemic drugs.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,after treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly better than those in the conventional group,and the incidence of hypoglycemia was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of long-acting insulin combined with oral hypoglycemic agents in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus is significant,it can improve the blood glucose level and reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia.
