2003例急性脑血管病的临床资料分析

Clinical data analysis of 2 003 cases of acute cerebrovascular disease

目的:探究急性脑血管病的临床资料,分析临床特点。方法:2016年4月-2019年4月收治急性脑血管病患者2003例,对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:男性患病人数高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);51~68岁的中老年人为主要发病群体。结论:急性脑血管病存在较高病死率,且具有较多和发病相关的危险因素,所以需要积极防治急性脑血管疾病的发生。

Objective:To explore the clinical data of acute cerebrovascular disease and analyze the clinical characteristics.Methods:From April 2016 to April 2019,2 003 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease were enrolled,the clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The number of male patients was higher than females,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The main disease groups was the middle-aged and the elderly people with 51 to 68 years old.Conclusion:Acute cerebrovascular disease has higher mortality,and has more risk factors associated with morbidity,so it is necessary to actively prevent and treat the occurrence of acute cerebrovascular disease.
