奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗慢性胃炎的价值研究

Study on the value of omeprazole combined with clarithromycin in the treatment of chronic gastritis

目的:探讨奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗慢性胃炎的价值。方法:2017年3月-2018年4月收治慢性胃炎患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗,观察组采用奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后C反应蛋白水平及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,症状改善时间及病灶消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗慢性胃炎,可有效降低患者的C反应蛋白水平,缩短症状改善时间及病灶消失时间,且不良反应发生率低。

Objective:To explore the value of omeprazole combined with clarithromycin in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods:From March 2017 to April 2018,90 patients with chronic gastritis were selected and randomly divided into two groups of45 cases in each.The control group was treated with omeprazole.The observation group was treated with omeprazole and clarithromycin.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after treatment,the level of C-reactive protein and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group,and the improvement time of symptoms and the disappearance time of lesions were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of omeprazole combined with clarithromycin in the treatment of chronic gastritis can effectively reduce the level of C-reactive protein,shorten the time of symptom improvement and focal disappearance,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
