老年慢性支气管炎采用咳喘益肺补肾汤治疗的临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy of treating senile chronic bronchitis with Kechuan Yifei Bushen decoction

目的:分析咳喘益肺补肾汤治疗老年慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:2018年3月-2019年3月收治老年慢性支气管炎患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例。对照组给予西药治疗;试验组在西药基础上给予咳喘益肺补肾汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且临床症状缓解时间及体征消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:咳喘益肺补肾汤治疗老年慢性支气管炎,可提升临床疗效,缩短治疗时间,且未增加不良反应。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Kechuan Yifei Bushen decoction in the treatment of chronic bronchitis in the elderly people.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,82 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine.The experimental group was treated with Kechuan Yifei Bushen decoction on the basis of western medicine.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in experimental group was higher than control group,and the clinical symptom relief time and the signs disappear time were shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kechuan Yifei Bushen decoction in the treatment of chronic bronchitis in the elderly people which can improve the clinical effect,shorten the treatment time and with no increasing adverse reactions.
