探讨临床中给予糖尿病肾病患者黄葵胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗的效果

Exploration on the effect of Huangkui capsule combined with valsartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients

目的:探讨黄葵胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的效果。方法:2016年5月-2018年5月收治糖尿病肾病患者64例,随机分为两组,各32例。对照组给予缬沙坦治疗;观察组给予黄葵胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后尿白蛋白排泄率、血肌酐、血尿素氮等指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄葵胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病,效果较为显著,可改善患者肾功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of Huangkui capsule combined with valsartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:From May 2016 to May 2018,64 cases of diabetic nephropathy were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan,while the observation group was treated with Huangkui capsule combined with valsartan.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The urinary albumin excretion rate,the levels of serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huangkui capsule combined with valsartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,the effect is more significant,it can improve the renal function of patients.
