超声颈动脉粥样硬化检查对缺血性脑卒中患者诊疗的价值分析

The value of ultrasound carotid atherosclerosis in the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic stroke

目的:分析超声颈动脉粥样硬化检查对缺血性脑卒中患者的诊疗价值。方法:2018年8月-2019年10月收治缺血性脑卒中患者79例作为研究组;选取同期健康体检者85例作为参考组。两组均应用彩色多普勒超声实施颈动脉粥样硬化检查,比较两组检查结果。结果:研究组颈动脉粥样硬化斑块检出率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组右颈动脉内-中膜厚度及左颈动脉内-中膜厚度均高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组舒张末期最低流速及收缩期最高流速均高于参考组,阻力指数及搏动指数均低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声检查能够使颈动脉粥样硬化斑块及颈动脉狭窄情况获得准确反映,有助于为临床进行病情筛查和诊疗提供重要依据。

Objective:To explore the value of ultrasound carotid atherosclerosis in the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods:From August 2018 to October 2019,79 patients with ischemic stroke were selected as the study group.85 healthy persons in the same period were selected as the reference group.Both groups received color Doppler ultrasound for carotid atherosclerosis,we compared the results of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the detection rate of carotid atherosclerotic plaque was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the right carotid inner to middle film thickness and left carotid inner to middle film thickness were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the end diastolic minimum velocity and maximum systolic velocity were higher than the reference group,and the resistance index and pulsation index were lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound can accurately reflect the carotid atherosclerotic plaque and carotid stenosis,it is helpful to provide important basis for clinical screening and diagnosis.
