摘要
目的:探究心理护理对稽留流产患者心理状态的影响。方法:2016年1月-2019年6月收治稽留流产患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予心理护理,比较两组心理状态评分。结果:试验组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理能够改善稽留流产患者负性情绪,利于调整心理状态。
Objective:To explore the influence of psychological nursing on the mental state of patients with missed abortion.Methods:From January 2016 to June 2019,70 patients with missed abortion were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 35 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The experimental group received psychological nursing.Mental state scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than the control group after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing can improve the negative emotion of the patients with missed abortion and help to adjust their psychological state.
