摘要
目的:探索显微镜下开颅颅内动脉瘤夹闭术的围术期护理策略。方法:2017年4月-2018年6月收治显微镜下开颅颅内动脉瘤夹闭术患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理;观察组实施围术期优质护理。比较两组护理满意度。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为显微镜下开颅颅内动脉瘤夹闭术患者实施围术期护理,可加强护理效果,对于治疗效果提升有一定作用。
Objective:To explore perioperative nursing strategies of clipping of intracranial aneurysm by microscopic craniotomy.Methods:From April 2017 to June 2018,80 patients with clipping of intracranial aneurysm under microscope were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group carried out conventional nursing.The observation group carried out perioperative quality nursing.The nursing satisfaction between the two groups was compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing of patients with clipping of intracranial aneurysm under microscope can strengthen the nursing effect and improve the therapeutic effect.
