家庭医生签约服务在老年慢性疾病健康管理中的应用效果探讨

Discussion on the application effect of family doctor contract service in the health management of chronic diseases in the elderly

目的:探讨老年慢性疾病健康管理中运用家庭医生签约服务的效果。方法:2018年1-12月收治老年慢性疾病患者102例,随机分为两组,各51例。对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用家庭医生签约服务,比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组满意度高于对照组,观察组健康知识知晓程度、依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年慢性疾病健康管理中运用家庭医生签约服务的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of family doctor contract service in the health management of chronic diseases in the elderly.Methods:From January to December 2018,102 elderly patients with chronic diseases were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 51 cases in each group.The control group used routine intervention.The observation group used family doctor contract service.We compared the intervention effect of the two groups.Results:The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The health knowledge awareness and scores of compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of family doctor contract service in the health management of chronic diseases in the elderly is effective.
