新型冠状病毒肺炎时期医院辅助人员防护和管理的思考与建议

Thoughts and suggestions on protection and management of hospital auxiliary personnel at the novel coronavirus pneumonia period

当前,全国各地正积极防控新型冠状病毒肺炎,各级医院更处于这场防疫战斗的前线。医院中有不少辅助人员(保洁、保安、护工等)也和医务人员共同奋战在前线。如何帮助他们做好个人防护和管理,对保障医院各环节的正常运行有着重要的意义。结合各项政策以及笔者的见闻和工作经验,对以上问题进行了思考并提出个人建议,希望起到抛砖引玉的作用。

At present,the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic is being actively prevented and implemented throughout the country,hospitals at all levels are in the forefront of this epidemic prevention battle.There are many auxiliary staff(cleaning,security,care workers)in the hospital who are also fighting with the medical staff at the front line.How to help them do a good job in personal protection and management is of great significance to ensure the normal operation of all aspects of the hospital.Combined with various policies,the author’s experience and work experience,we think about the above issues and put forward personal suggestions,hoping to play a role in attracting valuable contributions.
