摘要
目的探索认知行为训练在产房助产过程中的临床应用效果。方法选取2019年4-9月成都医学院第一附属医院收入的孕产妇共62例,随机分为对照组与试验组,每组各31例。对照组为常规护理模式,试验组为认知行为训练心理护理模式。比较两组产妇产程时间及产后并发症。结果试验组产妇第一、二、三产程时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组产后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在产房助产过程中应用认知行为训练心理护理模式,有助于缩短产程和降低产后并发症。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of cognitive behavioral training of natural childbirth in obstetric midwifery.Methods A total of 62 puerperae admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College from April 2019 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing mode,while the experimental group was under cognitive behavior training psychological nursing mode.The duration of labor and postpartum complications were compared between the two groups.Results The first,second and third stage of labor in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cognitive behavior training psychological nursing model in the process of midwifery is meaningful for shortening labor and reducing postpartum complications.
