新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间手术室弹性排班的满意度调查

Satisfaction Survey on Flexible Scheduling in Operating Rooms During COVID-19 Epidemic

目的了解手术医生、手术患者、手术室护士对于新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间手术室弹性排班的满意度情况。方法采用医院自制满意度调查表对手术医生、手术患者、手术室护士进行问卷调查,并对其满意度进行弹性调配前后对比,观察弹性排班的效果。结果手术医生、手术患者和手术室护士满意度较COVID-19疫情期间实施弹性调配前均未受影响。手术医生的满意度从高到低为:工作质量、工作态度、手术安排(χ^2=0.047,P=0.828);手术患者满意度从高到低为:手术室环境、护理人员态度、护理操作技术、术前健康教育、术后随访、术前访视(χ^2=0.313,P=0.576);手术室护士满意度从高到低为:工作内容与环境、上下级关系、同级关系、薪酬福利、发展晋升(χ^2=0.398,P=0.528)。结论COVID-19疫情期间通过弹性排班,既对手术室人力资源进行合理调配和有效利用,又有力支援了医院疫情抗击工作;同时手术医生、手术室护士、手术患者满意度均未受影响。

Objective To find out the degree of satisfaction of surgeons,surgical patients,and operating room nurses with flexible scheduling in the operating room during COVID-19 epidemic.Methods The surgeons,patients and nurses in the operating room were investigated with a self-made satisfaction questionnaire.And the degrees of satisfaction were compared before and after the flexible adjustment to observe the effect of flexible scheduling.Results The satisfaction of surgeons,surgical patients and operating room nurses was not affected compared with that before the implementation of flexible deployment during the COVID-19 epidemic.The ranking of satisfaction of surgeons from high to low was work quality,work attitude,and operation arrangement(χ^2=0.047,P=0.828).The ranking of surgical patients'satisfaction from high to low was operating room environment,attitude of nursing staff,nursing operation technology,preoperative health education,postoperative follow-up,preoperative visit(χ^2=0.313,P=0.576).The ranking of operating room nurses'satisfaction from high to low was work content and environment,relationship between superior and subordinate,peer relationship,salary and welfare,development and promotion(χ^2=0.398,P=0.528).Conclusion Flexible scheduling during the COVID-19 epidemic not only reasonably deployed and effectively utilized the operating room human resources,but also effectively supported the hospital in fighting the epidemic.At the same time,the satisfaction of surgeons,operating room nurses and surgical patients was not affected.
