舒适护理模式在房颤经冷冻球囊消融术治疗围手术期的应用

Application of Comfortable Nursing in Perioperative Period of Atrial Fibrillation Treated with Cryoballoon Ablation

目的探讨舒适护理模式在经冷冻球囊消融术(CBA)治疗阵发性房颤围手术期中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月四川大学华西医院行CBA的患者90例,随机分为对照组(n=45,给予术后常规护理)和试验组(n=45,给予舒适护理模式),对比两组患者手术前后焦虑、抑郁心理障碍、疼痛,以及护理满意度。结果试验组精神焦虑、抑郁评分均明显少于对照组(P<0.05);试验组术后疼痛评分低于对照组,且满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行CBA的患者在围手术期给予舒适护理,可以缓解患者在手术前后出现的紧张、焦虑等负面情绪,提高患者围手术期的舒适度。

Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing mode in perioperative period of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation treated with cryoballoon ablation(CBA).Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing CBA in West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomlydivided into the control group(n=45)for routine postoperative care and the experimental group(n=45)for comfortable care.Anxiety,depression,pain,and nursing satisfaction before and after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,while the score of satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort care for patients undergoing CBA during perioperative period can relieve patients'negative emotions such as tension and anxiety before and after surgery,and improve patients'comfort.
