摘要
人工智能时代下,以智能化为核心的技术图景和以网络化为核心的知识图景开始建构,教育格局与形态正在重塑,而教师专业学习正面临浅层学习泛化困境,难以应对智能时代所带来的挑战,亟须进行变革。为此,教师需要从浅层学习走向深度学习,其实践路向具体表现为:正确进行知识整合与技术审视,不断提升科技与教学的深度融合能力,并在教师专业社群的助推下,形成、发展与完善教师深度学习能力。最终借以教师专业学习变革促成学校教育变革,以期实现人工智能与学校教育的深度融合。
In the era of artificial intelligence,the technology landscape with intelligence as the core and the knowledge landscape with a network as the core begin to be constructed,and the educational pattern and form are being reshaped.However,teachers’professional learning is facing the dilemma of shallow learning generalization,with which it is difficult to meet the challenges brought by the intelligent era,and it is urgent to make changes.Therefore,teachers need to move from shallow learning to deep learning,correctly integrate knowledge and technology,constantly improve the deep integration ability of science and technology and teaching,which can form,develop and perfect teachers’deep learning ability with the help of the teacher professional learning community.Finally,teachers’professional learning reform can be taken as the practice direction to promote school education reform,to realize the artificial intelligence and teaching the deep integration of school education.
