摘要
推进特殊教育教师发展是“办好特殊教育”的关键因素,而当前我国特殊教育教师发展却受到了各种现实条件的限制,遇到了诸多困境,传统的封闭培训和依靠个人反思的方式已经不能满足特殊教育教师发展的需求。特殊教育教师的专业能力只有在教师同行之间不断的交流学习中才能获得坚实的发展,因此,学习共同体是特殊教育教师发展的合理选择。特殊教育学校可以通过构建教师学习共同体、构建共同体成员间的发展型关系、促进共同体成员深度交往、建立共同体成员日常对话、营造支持性的共同体发展文化、提供必要的支持和开展教学观摩活动等,来促进共同体教师成员的发展。
Promoting the development of special education teachers is the key factor in“doing a good job in special education”.However,the current development of special education teachers in our country is limited by various practical conditions and encounters many difficulties.Traditional training and personal reflection can no longer meet the needs of the development of special education teachers.The professional ability of special education teachers can be developed only through continuous communication and learning among teachers.Therefore,the Learning Community is a reasonable choice for the development of special education teachers.Special education schools can promote the development of special education teachers by building a Teacher Learning Community,creating a supportive development culture of the community,building developmental relationships among community members,providing necessary support,promoting in-depth communication among community members,establishing daily dialogues among community members,and carrying out teaching observation activities.
