摘要
为实现红土镍矿中有价组元的综合提取利用,设计了完整的工艺流程,详细介绍了各工序的反应条件,该工艺流程实现了分离提取红土镍矿中的有价组元镍、铁、铝、硅、镁,并制成产品,化工原料硫酸铵和氢氧化钠循环利用,水循环利用。针对红土镍矿中含量较高的有价组元镁,分别以氨水和碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂,制备了杨桃型花状氢氧化镁、灯笼型片状碱式碳酸镁、花状氢氧化镁、单分散束状和棒状碱式硫酸镁,特殊形貌的氢氧化镁、碱式碳酸镁和碱式硫酸镁具有特殊的性质和用途,是高附加值产品。
In order to achieve the comprehensive extraction and utilization of the valuable components in nickel laterite,a complete process flow is presented and the operating parameter of each process is introduced in detail.This process can be used to separate and extract the valuable components in nickel laterite,such as nickel,iron,aluminum,silicon and magnesium,which are processed into various products.The chemical raw materials including ammonium sulfate and sodium hydroxide can be recycled as well as leaching water.For highcontent of magnesium in laterite nickel ore,magnesium hydroxide with carambolalike,flake basic magnesium carbonate with lantern-shape,magnesium hydroxide with flower-like and mono-disperse basic magnesium sulfate with sarciniform or rod-like are prepared by using ammonia and ammonium bicarbonate as precipitant.Magnesium hydroxide,basic magnesium carbonate and basic magnesium sulfate with special morphologies and distinct properties and applications are high value-added products.
