摘要
主要对烟气脱硫工艺进行了研究分析,并对硫酸厂东山作业区制酸尾气现状进行统计,并结合生产实际情况,最终采用过氧化氢吸收法处理制酸尾气,通过对该技术的应用,使东山作业区制酸尾气脱硫后烟气中SO2达到300mg/Nm3以下,硫酸雾达到17mg/m3以下,符合国家排放标准。
The flue gas desulfurization process was studied and analyzed,and the statistics of current situation of the sulfuric acid tail gas produced by Dongshan Workshop Section of Sulfuric Acid Plant was made.According to the actual production situation of the plant,the hydrogen peroxide absorption process was used to treat the sulfuric acid ail gas.By applying this technology in Dongshan Workshop Section,after desulfuring the tail gas,the SO2 in flue gas has been decrease to less than 300 mg/Nm3,and acid mist has been less than 17 mg/m3,all these indexes have met the national standard level.
