摘要
采用重络酸钾容量法测定硫精矿中铁的含量,用盐酸、硝硫混酸溶解试样,在盐酸溶液中,用二氯化锡将三价铁还原成二价铁,然后加入二氯化汞溶液,并以氧化过量的二氯化锡,以二苯胺磺酸钠为指示剂,用重络酸钾标准溶液滴定至溶液由浅绿色变为紫色为终点。讨论了溶解样品时酸的选择,氧化还原温度的控制,二氯化锡还原三价铁的溶液温度、体积的控制以及氢氧化铵沉淀铁时的用量对测定结果的影响,选择了最佳测定条件。本方法具有操作简便,准确快速、检测数据稳定等特点,填补了中色红透山硫精矿中铁含量捡测技术的空白,并且在检测分析工作中得到很好的应用。
In this paper,the content of iron in sulfur concentrate is determined by the method of potassium double complex acid volumetry.The sample is dissolved by hydrochloric acid and nitric sulfur mixed acid.In hydrochloric acid solution,the trivalent iron is reduced to divalent iron by Stannic dichloride,then the mercuric dichloride solution is added,and the excessive stannic dichloride is oxidized,the sodium diphenylamine sulfonate is used as indicator,and the solution is titrated by potassium double complex acid standard solution until it is light green Turn purple to end.In this paper,the selection of acid,the control of oxidation-reduction temperature,the control of solution temperature and volume of tin dichloride reducing ferric iron,and the influence of the amount of ammonium hydroxide used to precipitate iron on the determination results are discussed.The best determination conditions are selected.This method has the characteristics of simple operation,accurate and fast,and stable detection data,which fills the blank of Hongtoushan Mining Co,LTD.on iron content detection technology in insulfur concentrate,and has been well applied in the detection and analysis work.
