留铅灰吹——电位滴定法测定铅精矿中高含量银的实验条件探讨与优化 被引量:4

摘要 首次提出了用留铅灰吹-电位滴定法测定铅精矿中的高含量银。考察了银捕集量及留铅银粒重量对测试结果的影响,并对留铅银粒中的杂质和消解溶液浓度等实验条件进行了研究,并考察了方法准确度和精密度。结果表明:用留铅灰吹-电位滴定法测定铅精矿中3 000~10 000g/t的银量,留铅银粒重量在0.5~3.5g时,留铅银粒中铋量小于500mg且含有10mg以下铁、铜、镍等,电位滴定法测试结果回收率为95%~105%,与火试重量法测试结果在允许差范围内,满足准确度和精密度的要求。 This paper proposes the determination of high content silver in lead concentrate by lead retained cupellation-potentiometric titration.The influence of the amount of silver capture and the weight of lead-retained silver particles on the enrichment process were investigated,and the experimental conditions such as the impurities in the retained lead silver particles and the concentration of the digestion solution were studied,and the accuracy and precision of the method were investigated.The results show that:when the amount of silver in lead concentrates is 3 000~10 000 g/t.the weight of lead-containing silver particles is 0.5~3.5 g,the lead-containing silver particles contains less than 500 mg of bismuth and contains and less than 10 mg of iron,copper,nickel,etc.,the recovery rate of the potentiometric titration test results is 95%~105%,and the difference with the test results of the fire assay gravimetric method are within the allowance,prove that the lead retained cupellation-potentiometric titration meets the accuracy and precision requirements.
