摘要
目前,职业院校通过理论引领、活动养成、评价激励等多种途径培育学生的工匠精神。然而,在具体的实施过程中,仍存在课程目标落实不力、教师榜样引领作用不够、学生对工匠精神认知片面、践行不尽到位等问题。为此,职业院校可以从提高教师培育工匠精神的素养、强化课程中工匠精神的渗透、营造培育工匠精神的氛围等三方面着手,进一步促进学生工匠精神的养成。
At present,vocational colleges have cultivated the students'craftsman spirit through various methods such as theoretical guidance,activity development and evaluation excitation.However,there still existed problems including inadequate implementation of the course objectives,insufficient affection in the teachers'model leading,students'incomprehension of the craftsman spirit,and inadequate practice.Vocational college can improve the cultivation effectiveness of craftsman spirit in three aspects:improving the accomplishment of teachers to cultivate the craftsman spirit,intensifying the infiltration of the craftsman spirit in the curriculum,and creating an atmosphere of cultivating the craftsman spirit.
