摘要 立足于五金产业发展动态与企业转型升级需求,大胆探索,创新构建了"校企共赢·三场共育·四能共生"的五金产业高素质人才培养模式。其在具体实践中的操作设计为,从建立"多方协同·双向联动"的校企共赢机制为切入点,搭建起"项目驱动·作坊训练·全程体验"的"三大功场"共育平台,打通了"四能型"五金产业高素质人才共生通道,以此助推了人才培养向规模定制的转变。 Based on the development trend of hardware industry and the needs of enterprise transformation and upgrading,we boldly explored and innovatively built a high-quality skilled talent cultivation model of"schoolenterprise win-win,three-stage cultivation,four competence formation".This model was implemented in such aspect:The starting point is the establishment of"multi-party collaboration,two-way interaction"schoolenterprise win-win mechanism;Building the"three-dimension"co-education platform of"project-driven,workshop training,whole-journey experience",Get through the"four-competence type"hardware industry highquality talent formation channel,so as to promote the transformation of talent cultivation to scale customization.
