Joimax椎间孔镜治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症的疗效研究

Efficacy of Joimax Intervertebral Foraminoscope System in the Treatment of Older Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的研究Joimax椎间孔镜治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的疗效。方法选取2016年2月~2018年8月河北省唐山市人民医院收治的老年LDH患者90例,采用随机抽签法均分为对照组和试验组。对照组予以传统开窗减压手术治疗,试验组予以Joimax椎间孔镜治疗。比较两组手术指标、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、远期疗效的优良率以及术后并发症发生率。结果与对照组相比,试验组手术时间较长,切口长度较短、术中失血量较少、住院时间较短(P<0.05);术后切口疼痛程度的VAS评分明显降低(P<0.05);远期疗效的优良率明显增加(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论Joimax椎间孔镜治疗老年LDH的临床疗效显著,有利于减少患者手术创伤,缓解术后疼痛,降低并发症发生风险,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To ivestigate the efficacy of Joimax intervertebral foraminoscope system in the treatment of older patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 90 older patients with LDH in Tangshan People’s Hospital of Hebei Province were selected from February 2016 to August 2018.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with conventional fenestration and decompression discectomy,while the experimental group was treated with Joimax intervertebral foraminoscope system.The operation time,incision length,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time,visual analogue score(VAS),efficacy and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the operative time was longer,the incision length was shorter,the intraoperative blood loss was less,and hospitalization time was shorter in the experimental group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the postoperative VAS score was lower(P<0.05),the rate of excellent and good long term therapeutic effect was higher(P<0.05)and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower(P<0.05)in the experimental group.Conclusion Joimax intervertebral foraminoscope system has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of older patients with LDH,which is beneficial to reduce surgical trauma,relieve postoperative pain and reduce the risk of complications.
