高性能缔合型碱溶胀增稠剂的合成及增稠效率研究

摘要 研究了高性能缔合型碱溶胀增稠剂乳液的合成及增稠效率的影响因素,分析了缔合型碱溶胀增稠剂的作用机理、低剪黏度和触变性的主要影响因素,包括增稠剂乳液的粒径、缔合单体的用量、交联剂的用量等,实验结果显示缔合型碱溶胀增稠剂乳液粒径为100 nm,缔合单体为二十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(BEM)及其用量为3%(质量分数,后同),交联剂三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)用量为0.2%时,该增稠剂在水相和乳液的低剪黏度及其触变性达到最大。 The synthesis of high-performance associative alkali swelling thickener emulsion and the factors influencing thickening efficiency were studied.The action mechanism of associative alkali swelling thickening agent and the main factors influencing low shear viscosity and main influencing factors of thixotropy were analyzed,including the particle size of thickening agent emulsion,the dosage of associative monomer,the dosage of crosslinking agent,etc.The experimental results showed that the particle size of the associative alkali swelling thickening agent emulsion was 100 nm.When the monomer was behenyl polyoxyethylene ether methyl methacrylate(BEM)and its dosage was 3%,and the amount of crosslinking agent trimethylolpropane triacrylate(TMPTMA)was 0.2%,the thickener’s low shear viscosity and thixotropy in water phase and emulsion reached the maximum.
