摘要
大型综合医院门诊因其专科设置多、人流量大、人群密集等特点而成为医院新型冠状病毒疫情防控的重点、难点场所。如何在严格疫情防控前提下保障患者并非急诊但有强烈就医需求的"刚需"医疗服务,成为门诊管理亟待解决的问题。自新冠肺炎疫情爆发以来,按国家、省、市各级政策文件要求,结合医院门诊实际情况不断改进防控措施,提高门诊应急管理能力,保障了患者及医务人员就医、行医安全。
The outpatient departments in large general hospitals have emerged as key and critical places for the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic due to their numerous specialties and overcrowding and large flow of people. Under the premise of strict epidemic prevention and control,it has become a major problem in outpatient management how to ensure the"just needed"medical service that patients are not at emergencies but they have strong medical demands. Since the outbreaks of COVID-19,the prevention and control measures have been continuously improved in accordance with national,provincial and municipal policies at all levels and in combination with the actual situation of the outpatient departments,which ensure the safety of patients and medical staff in medical treatment and practice.
