根据某单位建立的新型冠状病毒肺炎应急处置预案和患者出院康复期跟踪管理体系,分析总结该单位对新冠肺炎患者出院康复隔离跟踪管理的各种措施,包括有效保护医护人员的安全,确保从业人员零感染;加强隔离对象和一线工作人员营养支持;关注老年及有基础疾病人群和特殊人群;加强对隔离对象的心理疏导及一线医务人员的身心关爱;中西医结合治疗;确保隔离区域安全等等,以期能为疫情防控策略,尤其对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者出院后康复隔离跟踪管理提供参考意见。

Based on the emergency response to the epidemic COVID-19 and the tracking management system established by a hospital for the quarantine period of discharged COVID-19 patients after recovery,this paper analyzes and summarizes the measures of tracking management,which include effectively protecting for the safety of medical staff to ensure zero infection,strengthening nutritional support for quarantined individuals and front-line staff,paying attention to the elderly,individuals with underlying diseases and special groups,enhancing the psychological counseling for quarantined individuals and the physical and mental care to front-line medical staff,applying integrated treatment with traditional Chinese and Western medicines,and ensuring the safety of quarantined areas.These measures provide reference for prevention and control strategies,especially to the tracking management of those discharged COVID-19 patients during the recovery and quarantine period.
