不同处理方法对紫花苜蓿种子萌发的影响

Effect of different treatment methods on alfalfa seed germination

为了研究不同培养方法对苜蓿种子萌发的影响,为科尔沁沙地紫花苜蓿种植提供理论依据。以10个品种紫花苜蓿种子为试验材料,采用不同温度热水浸种、砂纸打磨和标准发芽试验3种不同方法测定紫花苜蓿种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、鲜重、干重、硬实率及千粒重一系列重要指标。结果表明:经过标准发芽试验得到的各品种紫花苜蓿发芽率试验组与对照组差别较显著,其中“甘农2号”和“陇东”的发芽率较低;砂纸打磨处理后“陇东”种子的硬实率从60.33%降到0.67%,发芽率从36%上升到97.33%;温水浸种处理后各品种紫花苜蓿种子的发芽势都显著提高,其中最明显的是“陇东”,发芽势从3.67%升到72.33%。结论:在这3种促进苜蓿种子萌发的处理方法中,温水浸种方法易于操作,成本低廉,适合在实际生产中推广应用。在10个苜蓿品种中,发芽率较好的品种是“新疆大叶”“公农2号”和“肇东”,建议在科尔沁沙地地区进行试种。

In order to study the different culture methods on seed germination,provided a theoretical basis for alfalfa planting in Horqin Sandy Land.The tested materials were Alfalfa seeds.Alfalfa seeds germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,fresh weight,dry weight,hard series of important indicators were surveyed through three different test methods such as different temperatures of warm water soaking,standard germination determination and sandpaper burnishing.The results showed that:germination percentage between the experimental and control groups after the standard germination test was not difference;After sandpaper burnishing treatment Longdong hard seed rate from about 60.33%percent to close to 0.67%,the germination rate from 36%to about 97.33%or more;after warm water soaking treatment of all varieties of alfalfa seed germination potential were significantly improved,the most obvious was Longdong,germination potential rose from about 3.67%to 72.33%.Conclusion:The warm water soaking method is easy to operate,low cost,and suitable for popularization and application in actual production.‘Xinjiang Daye’,‘Gongnong 2’and‘zhaodong’have good germination rate,and it is recommended to carry out trials in the Horqin Sandy Area.
