低聚糖对肉鸡生产性能和肠道发育的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本研究旨在探讨日粮添加低聚糖(甘露聚糖和果寡糖)对肉鸡生长性能、群体均匀性和胃肠道发育的影响。试验选择512只1日龄肉鸡,根据体重一致性随机分4组,每组4个重复,每个重复32只,各组分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+0.1 g/kg甘露寡糖、基础日粮+0.1 g/kg果寡糖和基础日粮+40 mg/kg杆菌肽锌,试验为期35 d。结论:甘露寡糖、果寡糖和杆菌肽锌组较对照组显著改善21和35 d肉鸡体重(P<0.05),而饲料中添加甘露寡糖和果寡糖后显著提高21 d肉鸡的饲料转化率(P<0.05)。甘露寡糖和杆菌肽锌组显著提高35 d肉鸡的体重均匀性(P<0.05)。低聚糖除了显著降低胰腺相对重量外(P<0.05),对其他组织器官相对重量的影响无显著差异(P>0.05)。日粮添加甘露寡糖和果寡糖可以改善肉鸡肠绒毛形态(P<0.05)。结论:甘露寡糖和果寡糖等低聚糖通过对胃肠道形态发育产生积极影响,可以改善肉鸡的生长性能和群体均匀性。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary oligosaccharides(mannans and oligosaccharides)on growth performance,population uniformity and gastrointestinal development in broilers.In this study,5121~d broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups according to the weight consistency.Each group was divided into 4 replicates,32 for each replicate.Each group was fed the basic diet,the basic diet+0.1g/kg mannol oligosaccharide,the basic diet+0.1g/kg fruit oligosaccharide,and the basic diet+40mg/kg bacitracin zinc for 35 days.Conclusion:compared with the control group,mannooligosaccharide,fructooligosaccharide and bacitritic zinc significantly improved the body weight of broilers at 21 and 35 days(P<0.05),while the addition of mannooligosaccharide and fructooligosaccharide in the feed significantly increased the feed conversion rate of broilers at 21 days(P<0.05).Mannooligosaccharide and bacitracin zinc group significantly improved the body weight uniformity of broilers at 35 days(P<0.05).In addition to significantly reducing the relative weight of the pancreas(P<0.05),oligosaccharides had no significant effect on the relative weight of other tissues and organs(P>0.05).The appearance of intestinal villi in broilers could be improved by adding mannose oligosaccharides and fructus oligosaccharides to the diet(P<0.05).Conclusion:oligosaccharides,such as mandew oligosaccharides and fructus oligosaccharides,can improve the growth performance and population uniformity of broilers by positively affecting the morphological development of gastrointestinal tract.
