零工经济下饲料企业人力资源管理面临的挑战和变革之道 被引量:5

摘要 零工经济的兴起已然成为互联网时代企业用工市场的煌煌大势,甫一出现就引发了政府、市场、企业和零工从业人员的广泛关注,给饲料企业用工模式和人力资源管理带来了深远的影响。零工经济通过互联网平台把企业多元用工需求和人们灵活就业的需求融合起来,呈现出细致的任务分包取代固定工作岗位,跨界的任务合作取代固定工作时空,管理幅度扁平化取代层级制治理。深入挖潜外脑取代单一用工模式和用工技能导向取代资历取向等趋势,有助于饲料企业优化工作流程、提升生产效率和实现降本增效。零工经济作为新业态,还面临着工作任务碎片化、信任关系薄弱化、隐私边界模糊化等挑战,这些问题倒逼饲料企业的人力资源管理通过树立多元用工理念、完善零工从业人员培训机制、构建信用基础信息库、统筹内外人才资源建立人才库等举措开展变革,在完成饲料企业经营目标的基础上,以饲料企业内部全职员工与外部零工从业人员合作并进为导向,为饲料企业发展汇聚内外部的复合动力。 The rise of gig economy has become a bright general trend of the enterprise labor market in the Internet era,which has aroused widespread concern of the government,the market,enterprises and part-time workers,and brought profound impact on the labor mode and human resource management of feed enterprises.Through the Internet platform,the gig economy integrates the diversified employment needs of enterprises with the flexible employment needs of people,showing the trends of detailed tasks subcontract replacing fixed jobs,the task of cross-border cooperation replacing fixed working time and space,flat management scope replacing hierarchical governance,the in-depth exploration of part-time workers replacing single employment mode,and labor skills orientation replacing seniority orientation,It is helpful for feed enterprises optimize work flow,improve production efficiency and realize the target of cost reduction and efficiency increase.As a new economic forms,Gig economy also faces the challenges of fragmentation of work tasks,weakness of trust relationship,and blurring of privacy boundary.These problems reversed feed enterprises to carry out human resource management reform by establishing the concept of multiple employment,improving the training mechanism of part-time labor employees,building the basic information base for information,and coordinating the internal and external human resources to build the talent base,on the basis of complete feed enterprise management target,guiding by the cooperation and advancement of full-time employees in feed enterprises and external part-time workers,which brings together the internal and external compound power for the development of feed enterprises.
