橄榄油渣作为非牧草纤维对羔羊生长性能、养分摄入及胴体产量的影响 被引量:1

Effects of olive residue as a non-forage fiber on growth performance,nutrient intake and carcass yield of lambs

摘要 本研究旨在探讨晒干或酸处理橄榄油渣部分替代小麦秸秆对羔羊营养摄入和生长性能的影响,同时对比酸处理对橄榄油渣化学成分和营养价值的影响。将54只公羔羊[(17.6±0.75)kg]单独圈养在围栏中,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复3只羊,对照组饲喂基础日粮,T1组用50%晒干橄榄油渣替代小麦秸秆,T2组用酸处理的晒干橄榄油渣替代小麦秸秆,试验日粮为等能量和等氮量,以满足所有营养需求。结论:在干物质基础上,自然晒干橄榄油渣中粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维、粗脂肪和总能含量与新鲜橄榄油渣无显著差异(P>0.05),但用磷酸处理自然晒干的橄榄油渣显著降低了中性洗涤纤维含量(P<0.05)。自然干燥和酸处理橄榄油渣组粗脂肪摄入量较对照组分别提高了191.67%和108.33%(P<0.05)。自然干燥橄榄油脂组羔羊的末重、总增重和平均日增重较对照组分别提高了12.05%、28.24%和28.65%(P<0.05),但自然干燥橄榄油渣组热/冷胴体重较酸处理组分别显著提高12.78%和12.21%(P<0.05)。各处理对羔羊养分表观消化率及氮平衡无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论:在本研究条件下,晒干的橄榄油渣可作为一种廉价的非饲料纤维来源用于羔羊饲料中,营养价值优于小麦秸秆,但用酸处理的晒干橄榄油渣并没有进一步改善羔羊的屠宰性能。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of sun-dried or acid-treated olive residue as a partial substitute for wheat straws on the nutritional intake and growth performance of lambs,and to compare the effects of acidtreated olive residue on the chemical composition and nutritional value of olive residue.To 54 male lamb[(17.6±0.75)kg]alone in captivity in the fence,randomly divided into three groups,each group of 6 repeat,every repeat 3 sheep,the control group based diet feeding,T1 group with 50%dried olive residue replace wheat straw,T2 group treated with acid dried olive residue instead of wheat straw,test the diet such as such as energy and nitrogen,in order to satisfy all the requirements.Conclusion:on the basis of dry matter,there was no significant difference in crude protein,neutral washing fiber,crude fat and total energy content between naturally dried olive residue and olive residue(P>0.05),but phosphoric acid treatment of naturally dried olive residue significantly reduced the content of neutral washing fiber(P<0.05).Crude fat intake in the naturally dried and acid-treated olive residue group increased by 191.67%and 108.33%,respectively,compared with the control group(P<0.05).The final weight,total weight gain and average daily weight gain of lambs in the naturally dried olive residue were 12.05%,28.24%and 28.65%higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the hot/cold carcass weight in the naturally dried olive residue group was 12.78%and 12.21%higher than that in the acid treatment group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility and nitrogen balance of the lamb were not significantly affected by each treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:under the conditions of this study,dried olive residue can be used as a cheap non-feed fiber source for lamb feed,and its nutritional value is better than that of wheat straw,but dried olive residue treated with acid did not further improve the slaughtering performance of lambs.
